Is a roof survey the same as a free roofing quote?
No. A formal inspection and written condition report is a paid service. A roofing quotation sets out a proposed scope and price for work. We agree the survey fee before you book.
Can I use the report for an insurance enquiry?
Tell us what your insurer has requested before booking. We can discuss whether the proposed scope addresses it. The report records the inspection findings; it does not guarantee acceptance of a claim or a particular insurance outcome.
Do you use drones?
Drone imagery can be used where appropriate and where flight conditions, permissions and the location allow. We agree the inspection approach and record any limitations in the report.
How soon will I receive the report?
