No. A roof survey records condition with photographs, written findings and recommendations within an agreed scope. It is a paid service. A roofing quotation prices proposed work and is free. Avent also carries out roofing work; the survey does not commit you to using us for repairs.
Can I arrange a roof survey before buying a property?
Yes. Tell us the property’s postcode, concerns raised in any building survey and the purchase deadline. We discuss inspection access, scope, fee and availability before booking. The inspection can only cover the areas accessible within the agreed scope.
Will every survey include a drone flight?
Drone imagery is used where appropriate and where conditions, permissions and the location allow. We discuss the inspection approach and record limitations.
Do you check inside as well as outside?

How soon will I receive the report?
